Project Overview
Accessible IT Solutions designed and developed a bespoke digital platform for Tuzo Yetu C.B.O using custom PHP, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, with no CMS dependency to ensure performance, flexibility, and full control. The platform was built to support the organization’s community-driven mission while offering structured, secure access for different user groups.
The system includes dedicated Admin, Donor, and Beneficiary dashboards, each tailored to its role. Donors can securely submit contributions through the custom donation application and track engagement, while beneficiaries access program-specific resources and updates. Administrators manage users, donations, and system interactions from a centralized backend.
To enhance engagement and accessibility, the website integrates a custom-built JavaScript chatbot trained on the website’s knowledge base, enabling visitors to receive instant, accurate responses about programs, donations, and services. Additional engagement tools include a WhatsApp floating chat widget for real-time communication and an embedded social media feed to showcase ongoing activities and updates.
The user interface was carefully curated using the organization’s brand colors and visual identity, delivering a cohesive and trustworthy experience. The platform is fully responsive and optimized for performance, accessibility, and search engine visibility.
