Val Luxe Limited is a Nairobi-based property management and real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales, acquisition, letting services, building renovations, and property maintenance. The company required a modern, professional website that could showcase properties, manage inquiries, provide property management information, and establish a strong online presence in Nairobi's competitive real estate market.

The platform needed to handle multiple property types (apartments, houses, commercial spaces, land), support detailed property information including floor plans, video tours, downloadable brochures, and provide easy contact methods for potential buyers and tenants. Additionally, the site needed to support blog content for market insights, service pages for the company's offerings, and newsletter subscription for lead generation.

The project is built on a modern Django 6.0 framework utilizing:

• Property-Specific Inquiry Form: Located on each property detail page, automatically linking the inquiry to the specific property. Includes name, phone, email, and message fields.
• Automated Email Notifications: Upon form submission, HTML emails are sent to both the admin and the user. Admin receives formatted HTML email with inquiry details, customer information, and quick-action buttons. User receives confirmation email with message summary and next steps.
• Email Templates: Branded HTML email templates with company styling (navy blue and gold), contact information, and helpful links. Plain text fallback versions for email clients that don't support HTML.
• Admin Dashboard: Read/unread status tracking, reply status tracking, filtering by inquiry type, date, and status, bulk actions for marking as read/replied.
• Newsletter Subscription: Email capture with welcome email automation upon signup. Admin can activate/deactivate subscribers.

• Contact Form User Confirmation: HTML email to user acknowledging receipt of inquiry, summarizing their message, and providing next steps (24-hour response time). Includes contact information and links to browse properties, read blog, and view services.
• Property Inquiry Admin Notification: HTML email to admin when a user inquires about a specific property, including property details, inquiry message, and admin panel links.
• Property Inquiry User Confirmation: HTML email to user confirming their property inquiry, summarizing property details, and providing next steps including contact information.
• Newsletter Welcome Email: HTML email to new subscribers welcoming them, explaining what they'll receive (property updates, market insights, special offers), and providing unsubscribe link.
• Email Templates: All emails use responsive HTML templates with inline CSS for consistent rendering across email clients. Plain text fallback versions are included for all emails.
• Logging: All email sending attempts are logged for debugging and monitoring.
